Business Systems Analysts

CapTech is actively hiring qualified Business Systems Analysts. Applicants must have experience with business requirements definition, requirements gathering, case studies, scripting, and a solid understanding of development methodologies such as object-oriented and/or UML. Experience working on projects within Java and or .Net environments is a huge plus. We are also interested in candidates who have strong data or testing experience. Candidates must be open to occasional travel.

Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years experience with IT. Candidate should be proficient with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio. Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed along with excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Bachelor's degree or Masters preferred.

• Washington DC area candidates must be willing to travel to Richmond for various projects.
