Project Managers
CapTech is hiring Project Managers who have experience in the IT industry. These individuals have managed software implementation and process improvement. Candidates will need to have experience with project management, business analysis, and process re-engineering. Project managers will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating assigned staff in the planning, design and implementation of assigned IT projects. They will need to develop detailed work plans, schedules, as well as plan resources. They will also assist with budgeting and status reports. They must be able to successfully manage the scope of the project, including client priorities and expectations of product and services. Experience with UML is strongly desired. PMP certification is a plus.
Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years experience with IT. Candidate should be proficient with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio. Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed along with excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Bachelor's degree or Masters preferred. Candidates must be open to occasional travel.
