CapTech Culture

Despite the serious nature of our projects, our corporate culture is fairly light-hearted. CapTech strives to balance intense, mission-critical consulting with fun and camaraderie. While our people have their own individual outlets - family, sports, music, etc. - some of our extra-curricular activities are of the more organized variety, such as company-wide parties, field trips, paintball, and other social events.

CapTech Cycling

Each spring, the streets of Downtown Richmond are filled with some of the world's best male and female cyclists competing in the CapTech Classic. Founded by CapTech employees and operated by the CapTech Foundation, Inc., the CapTech Classic has become one of the premier cycling events in North America. It features a corporate relay race, live music, a marketplace expo, and several other ancillary events. The event benefits the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Richmond and is part of USA Cycling's National Racing Calendar. For more information visit, www.captechclassic.com.
