As other companies continue to trim back their workforces, CapTech realized a growth rate of 15 percent in 2009, despite two of its large clients filing for bankruptcy. In fact, CapTech has doubled its size in the last 4 years and opened a new office in Washington D.C. to better serve its growing client base in the greater metropolitan area. The company is also actively searching for office space to expand its Richmond headquarters within the city or surrounding localities.The company credits part of its recession resilience to the diversity of companies and variety of industries that it serves in healthcare, government, financial services, retail/distribution and its people. “The driving force behind the company is our 200 employees. Among the positions that CapTech is hiring for are: Business Analysts, Systems Architects, .NET Developers, Developers, Business System Analysts and Project Managers at various levels. They were recently named to Gold Partner status with Microsoft for the fifth year in a row.
