Initial Scoping
CapTech works to identify key high-level requirements supporting the business needs and translate the requirements into business assessment and detailed business case. As part of these tasks, the CapTech teams works with technical resources to develop preliminary implementation estimates.
Requirements Gathering
CapTech meets with project stakeholders to solicit and define business and system requirements and to obtain project approvals.
Requirements/Scope Management
During this phase of an engagement, CapTech institutes the change request process to control requirements changes and works with project resources to assess impact of each potential change.
