Engaging in the Community

Servant Leadership is a CapTech core value, so it is not surprising many employees are involved in their communities, serving on regional boards and supporting non-profits. From CapTech’s start over 20 years ago, community involvement is a key part of our culture. CapTech actively participates in and sponsors many events to strengthen the diverse communities where we live and foster inclusion in our industry. We engage with a variety of non-profits supporting diverse communities with an emphasis on youth, career development, and vulnerable populations. We also partner with multiple diverse student organizations at universities across the country.

Encouraging Inclusion from Within

CapTech has an active Diversity and Inclusion Council – involving members of our leadership team – that fosters a culture to recruit, develop, and promote a diverse workforce. The Council is committed to empowering all employees to bring their unique ideas, backgrounds, and experiences to each client and company engagement, making CapTech a best-in-class consulting firm for employees and our clients.  The Council is comprised of four committees, each focusing on important areas to the firm:​


Raising awareness – bringing in guest speakers, facilitating conversations, and providing content – to help CapTechers advance and encourage inclusivity.


Making an impact by supporting the diverse communities where CapTechers live and work.


Enhancing career progression and development through coaching, mentorship, and leadership programs, as well as Employee Resource Groups, which establish community for underrepresented members.


Attracting talent from diverse ethnic and racial backgrounds who exhibit the CapTech core values.
